Edgnex Data Centres by DAMAC and King Hussein Business Park sign an agreement to develop a new Data Centre in Jordan

Jordan, 22 March 2023: Under its data centre arm, UAE-based business conglomerate, Edgnex has signed a long-term agreement with the King Hussein Business Park to develop a new facility in Amman, Jordan.

This announcement is part of the Edgnex’s strategy to expand its footprint in the MENA region. Comprehensive investment detail will be announced shortly.

The country also has a young population and a lot to offer in terms of technological innovation. We are excited to be investing in Jordan, and we look forward to supporting the growth of its digital economy,” said Hussain Sajwani, Founder and Chairman of Edgnex Data Centres by DAMAC.

King Hussein Business Park was founded in 2010 in Amman and is home to regional offices of global brands such as Microsoft, Oracle, IATA, SITA, Samsung, Cisco amongst others.
